The districts boundaries were set up as follows for each company, wherein the company shall work. It is of course understood that in the event of a building being endangered, or in case of a large fire all companies should be called.

Company 1 (East Ridgewood Avenue) East Ridgewood Ave from borough line to borough line, Linwood Ave from Ridgewood line to Delford Ave to Oradell line; Forest Ave from borough line on north to Forest Tavern as southern end; Route 17 from Ridgewood line to Rounders Cafe and Bustraan's; Farview Ave from home south to Kowtaluk's; Paramus Road from B.O. Bogert north to borough line.

Company 2 (Spring Valley Road)  Spring Valley Road from Maywood line north to Oradell line; Spring Valley Ave from Maywood line west to Triquart homes; Midland Ave east from Forest Ave to include Kenwood section; Forest Ave south from Midland Ave to Maywood line; Route 4 from Spring Valley Road to Hackensack line.

Company 3 (Midland Avenue) Midland Ave from Paramus Road east and across Route 17 to Ribitzki Farm; Paramus Road from B.O. Bogert south to Route 4; Route 17 from Skating Rink south to Century Road.

Company 4 (Farview Avenue) Farview Ave from Rochelle Park line north to Midland Ave (Hauerstein's); Route 4 from Spring Valley Road west to Arcola; Spring Valley Ave from Harms home west to Farview Ave; Paramus Road from Route 4 south to Rochelle Park line. (Arcola)
